Objective of Shark Bite
The objective of Shark Bite is to catch the most fish in the game.
Setup
- Open the shark’s jaw. Push down on the jaws until they lock into the base.
- Randomly choose one space in the shark’s mouth for each of the sea creatures. Push down on each sea creature until you hear a click noise.
- The youngest player goes first. Play proceeds clockwise/left in the game.
Playing Shark Bite
You will begin your turn rolling the die. The number of fishes you roll on the die determines how many sea creatures you need to catch on your turn.
Once you have the number of creatures you need to catch, you need to choose which ones you want to catch. You can choose whichever creature you want. Once you hook the fishing pole on a sea creature though, you must pull it up.
What happens after you pull up on the sea creature determines what happens next.
If nothing happens after you catch all of the required fish for your turn, your turn is over. Play passes to the next player clockwise/left.
Should the shark jump, the game ends.
End of Game
Once the shark jumps up, all of the players will count up how many sea creatures they caught in the game. The player that catches the most wins the game.
